Returns & Exchanges
Complimentary returns, handled by the Maison
All returns are free of charge and may be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, through our dedicated returns portal. You can return your item to our boutique at 20 Conduit Street, Mayfair, London.
How does it work?
- Submit your request via the online returns portal. Please have your order number to hand. One request per order is accepted.
- Download your prepaid label, automatically generated upon completion of the form. Please retain your proof of postage.
- Drop off your parcel at a UPS collection point within 3 days.
- Refund processed within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return, to your original payment method. A confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
Acceptance conditions
To be accepted, all returned items must:
- have been dispatched within 14 calendar days of receipt ;
- be returned in their original packaging, with their garment cover and hanger ;
- retain their original tags, intact and attached ;
- be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition.
Sale items may be returned under the same conditions.
The Maison Yves Salomon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
An exchange for a different size or colour is available, subject to stock. If the requested item is of a higher value, the difference will be charged at the time of your request; if of a lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Items purchased on yves-salomon.com cannot be exchanged or refunded in boutique.
